Less than a week after the coldest days of the year the farm is full of signs of spring. The first thing I noticed was a pear tree blossoming.

This was followed almost immediately by plum blossoms.

Next we had chicks hatch.

Followed almost immediately but goat kids.

That means we are back in the production of fresh milk!

After 11 months for fresh avocados, I harvested the last two I could find from the ending season. Happily, next avocado season starts next month!
